All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are subject to change at any time. Current pricing is visible during the order process.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payment is processed securely through our payment gateway. By providing payment information, you authorize WORD VALUE to charge your account for the service ordered.

4.3 Failed Payments

If your payment fails, we will notify you. Failed payments will not be retried without your explicit consent. Your order will not be created until payment is successfully received.

5. Order Timeline & Delivery

Delivery dates provided are estimates and not guaranteed. We aim to deliver within the timeframe specified, but WORD VALUE is not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

5.2 Digital Delivery

Creations are delivered digitally via email and/or secure download. You are responsible for ensuring your email address is correct to receive your creation.

5.3 Non-Receipt

If you do not receive your creation within 14 days of the delivery deadline, contact support@wordvalue.online immediately. Check your spam folder first.

6. Intellectual Property & Copyright

WORD VALUE retains ownership of the creative process and writing methodology. However, the personalised creation delivered to you is for your personal, non-commercial use.

7. Revisions & Changes

One free revision is included with every order. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

8. Refunds & Cancellations
